Terms, Conditions, and Rules
Welcome to Polestar. This page sets out the rules that govern use of our casino and sportsbook services and explains the relationship between us and account holders. It covers account creation, eligibility, acceptable use, bonuses and promotions, deposits and withdrawals, dispute handling, and how we update these terms. Read the sections that apply to your activity. By accessing games, placing bets, or using account features you agree to follow these terms and any additional rules posted in your account or in specific promotions.
Account responsibilities
Create and maintain only one account. Provide accurate personal details and keep them up to date. Secure your login credentials and notify support immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, show signs of fraud, contain false information, or involve chargebacks. Account actions such as deposits, wagers, and withdrawals must be performed by the registered user.
Registration and verification
Registration is instant but full access may require identity verification. KYC documents can be requested before withdrawals or where risk thresholds occur. Verification must be completed within the timeframe specified in your account area.
Eligibility requirements
Accounts are available to persons who meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction. You must be legally permitted to gamble where you reside. We do not accept players from restricted regions. See Terms and Conditions for the full list of ineligible locations. One account per person, household, IP, or device is allowed.
Acceptable use of the service
Use the platform for lawful gambling activity only. Do not attempt to manipulate games, exploit bonuses, collude with other players, or use automated bots. Abusive behaviour towards staff or other users, money laundering, and chargeback abuse are prohibited. We may take action including withholding funds and account closure for violations.
Bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that sit alongside these conditions. General principles: only one bonus active at a time, certain payment methods may be excluded from offers, games contribute differently to wagering, and maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Wagering requirement: 35x on bonus funds is a standard example. Bonus expiry and claim rules are stated with each promotion.
Deposits and withdrawals
Supported payment methods are shown in the cashier. Minimum deposits start from CA$10 unless a promotion requires a higher amount. Withdrawals require a verified account and follow any limits displayed in your account. Processing times depend on method. Fees imposed by banks or payment providers may apply. Withdrawal caps may vary by VIP level and account status.
Dispute handling
Raise account or transaction disputes through live chat or email support. Provide relevant transaction IDs and documentation. We will review claims in line with these terms. If an issue cannot be resolved directly, escalation options are outlined in the Terms and Conditions and any applicable dispute resolution clause.
Updates to the terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect on the date indicated. Continued use of the account after changes implies acceptance. For significant changes we will provide notice through account messaging or email when possible.
